Welcome to Pack Box Solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pack Box Solutions website, products, custom packaging manufacturing, printing, and logistics support. When you hire us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of our services. Kindly review them.

Acceptance of Terms & Services

Pack Box Solution custom designs, manufactures, prints, and packages. When you send a quote request, a purchase order, or approve artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Quotations and Pricing

Pricing & Quotations: All Pack Box Solutions quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change without notice as a result of changes to the order specifications, material price changes, or customer design revisions. Price does not include freight, duties, or taxes unless specified.

Proofing, Artwork, and Client Review

Clients will supply artwork and artwork graphics to the resolution standards according to our print specifications. Upon proofing, Pack Box Solutions will supply a Digital Proof to the customer for approval before production.

  1. Full-scale: Production or ordering of mass production quantities can only be undertaken after written proof approval from the customer.
  2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to proof artwork, layout, copy, spelling, dimensions, and color placement. Pack Box Solutions assumes no responsibility for errors on proofing documents approved by the client.

Custom Manufacturing Tolerances

For the technical reasons of custom box manufacturing and printing:

  • Color Variations: Exact color matches may not be possible (CMYK vs. Pantone or RGB) because of the difference in substrates, coatings, and printing equipment. Slight color shifts are acceptable in the printing industry.
  • Quantity Variance: Orders have a standard manufacturing over/under-run tolerance of 5% to 10% on the order. The quantity billed is the actual delivered quantity within this tolerance.
  • There May be a Slight Size: Variation of (+/1mm to 2mm) due to cutting, creasing, and folding.

Terms of Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment: A deposit (usually a percentage from 50% to 100%, based on credit terms and number of items ordered) will be needed before design or production begins. Remaining balances must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before the final proof approval, with the addition of a processing fee to account for the prepress work completed. Once orders have been approved and sent to manufacturing, cancellations are non-refundable.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Pack Box Solutions will always strive to deliver within the estimated production and delivery time frame. However, an estimate and timescales are not guaranteed.

  • Delays: We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier, customs clearance, bad weather, or any other event outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the time of delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Defect Claims

Due to the fact that all packing products are custom-made to order, there are no returns.

  • Defect Claims Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: In writing within 7 to 14 business days of the date of delivery.
  • Should Pack Box Solutions find that the error was solely our error and caused by our process, we will, in our sole discretion, reprint the imperfect portion of the order or give a prorated credit.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pack Box Solutions be liable to the client or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Pack Box Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Pack Box Solutions’ liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the exact order.
